Our gold-plated jewellery is make by electroplating 18k gold onto durable stainless steel. Gold-plated jewellery requires extra care so we encourage you to follow these simple instructions to get the most wear out of your gold-plated pieces.

JEWELLERY CARE

The nature of gold-plating means you need to take extra care when wearing gold-plated jewellery. It's important to remember that all metal is susceptible to natural wear and will eventually oxidise, fade or require expert maintenance in its lifetime.

Remove your jewellery when exercising, washing your hands, showering, swimming or doing anything that involves moisture. Contact with liquid may cause oxidisation or discolouration. In other words, when there's liquid there should be no wear.
Ensure your hands are clean and dry when handling all gold-plated jewellery.
Cleaning your gold-plated jewellery regularly will increase the lifespan of your pieces. We recommend using a professional, high-quality jewellery cleaning solution to clean your jewellery. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners that aren't specifically made for gold-plated jewellery.
Rub, don't buff. Use a cleaning solution, warm water and a soft cloth to clean your gold-plated items. We don't recommend using a microfiber or cotton cloth to clean your gold-plated jewellery as this may strip away the plating. Do not apply a lot of pressure when rubbing, be gentle and ensure that your jewellery is completely dry if you've used a liquid to clean it.
Keep away from perfume, cosmetics and body / hair sprays.
Store your jewellery in a secure pouch, box or air-tight container out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
Take extra care of your gemstones, they may chip or become dislodged if dropped or improperly stored.
If irritation occurs due to an allergic reaction, try applying a thin coat of clear nail polish over your jewellery. The nail polish will act as a barrier between your skin and the jewellery. Voila, problem solved!

What can I do before place the order ?

A: Please send us the pictures of items you need, and confirm the size, color, logo, shipping & payment method, delivery time, declared value etc.

Can you customize my own design?

A:Yes sure, OEM & ODM all accepted. Our designer will make the design drawing according to your pictures or ideas.

How long will the color last?

A:We use the best plating way-PVD gold plated, color can stay 1-2 years if kept in good condition.

I can’t find any news when tracking the process with the tracking number?

A:Mostly let’s wait 1-2 more days, we'll contact the express. The tracking number may turn a new one.

What if the product is damaged after receiving them? Do you have any after-sale service?

A: Firstly, trade assurance order on DHL is provided, that's very safe for your business. Secondly, if the product damaged when you get it, please take photos and send to us at the first time, which will be helpful for us to check, then we'll find a solution or you'll get compensation after we confirmed it.

How about the sample policy?

A: We're willing to provide samples for quality check, the sample cost will be refunded aftergot the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.

Do you offer customize packaging?

A: Yes, we can custom jewelry box, bag as your requirements, MOQ would be 50pcs.
